Delivery & Returns
Once you place your order, the manufacturing process will begin. Once completed, we will contact you to inform you that the item is ready for dispatch.
The delivery times vary across all our products.
Engagement Rings: We aim to dispatch your order within 3 weeks of placing it.
Gift Collections / Classic Collections: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 weeks of placing it.
Gift Vouchers: We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of placing it.
All orders placed after 1pm and on weekend days will be processed the next working day. If you place your order after the cut-off time or at the weekend, then you'll need to add an additional 1 working day to the delivery timeframe.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order during this time.
We offer complimentary delivery on all orders.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which is fully insured. A tracking number can be provided on request. We use discreet packaging on the outside of the parcel, with no indication of what is inside.
Currently we are only able to accept orders to address within the United Kingdom.
Orders purchased can be returned within a 14-day period of delivery, for a full refund*.
For full instructions on how to return your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reason for return.
If you have purchased a faulty or mis-described item, please contact us. You will receive a full refund, upon return of the product.
All returns are paid for by the customer, and will need to be returned to us via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
*Please note, we accept returns on unused and used items, but we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred for cleaning and casting.
