Drawing on his personal experiences with the powerful waves and his admiration for the iconic artwork, "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" by Hokusai, Steve has created two stunning pieces: a pendant and a ring.
The "Great Wave off Kanagawa" is a world-renowned Japanese woodblock print created by the artist Hokusai. This masterpiece captures the sheer power and beauty of the ocean with its dramatic depiction of a towering wave about to crash down on three boats.
The intricate line work and dynamic movement of the wave have inspired countless artists and designers over the years, including Steve.
Growing up in Porthcawl, a coastal town known for its formidable waves that crash off the pier, Steve developed a deep connection with the ocean.
