Donating a Forget-Me-Not Brooch to Velindre Cancer Centre
We are delighted to support the Rhian Griffiths Forget-Me-Not Fund, in collaboration with Velindre Cancer Centre, by donating a bespoke Forget-Me-Not Brooch for their raffle.
A little more than a decade ago, our cherished friends, Wayne and Jayne Griffiths, faced an unimaginable loss—their beloved daughter Rhian, taken by cervical cancer at the tender age of 25.
In the wake of this heart-wrenching tragedy, they bravely channelled their grief into a powerful force for good. The Rhian Griffiths Forget-Me-Not Fund became a loving tribute to Rhian, a beacon of hope crafted from their enduring love.
Alongside their son Rhys, the Griffiths family has dedicated the past ten years to a tireless mission, raising funds for Velindre Cancer Centre - the 'Hospital of Hope', which provides specialist treatment, ground-breaking research and high-quality care to cancer patients.
This brooch is an exquisite work of art, crafted in the shape of an open heart, adorned with a delicate 'Forget Me Not' flower, and encircled by meticulously claw-set diamonds. Our skilled team has dedicated love and effort to create this magnificent piece, made of 18ct Hallmarked White Gold, weighing 12.52 grams.
What's more exciting is that this unique piece sparkles with 86 colourful Diamonds, including rare and exquisite blue and yellow Diamonds. The estimated value of this remarkable brooch is a remarkable £11,500.
The raffle, run by Velindre Cancer Centre, is selling tickets at just £10 each, and the draw will take place on 1st March 2024.
