A ring Inspired by generations of love
Jewellery has a unique way of helping us remember important moments in our lives and the special people that helped shape them.
The Diamond Centre team were delighted to undertake a redesign commission for a fantastic customer to create a bespoke, right-hand ring.
The new ring would incorporate metal, Diamonds and rubies from several heirloom pieces that held great emotional value for the customer.
Our Diamond Experts, Designers and Goldsmiths approached this project with both an innovative eye and a great deal of sensitivity.
The goal was to create a unique ring that was stylish and wearable whilst incorporating as much of the materials from the heirlooms as possible.
We were delighted with the completed piece that was inspired by a Cherry Tree and particularly the reaction of the customer.

News ArticlesThree years ago my Mother past away suddenly of cancer followed in less than a year by my Father. Amongst my Mothers jewellery was her wedding ring and the Ruby ring my Father had given her on their Ruby Wedding Anniversary. I had also previously been given my Grandmothers Wedding and Ruby Anniversary rings. I was wearing my Mothers wedding ring on a chain around neck but the other rings were hidden away in my jewellery box. I contacted the Diamond Centre to discuss the idea of merging the rings into one bespoke ring. The Diamond Centre were nothing but accommodating in each stage of the process. The staff were extremely personable and could not do enough for you. The process has created a truly sentimental bespoke beautiful ring which holds a huge place in my heart. —
